Responsorial Psalm: Psalms 122: 1-2, 3-4ab, 4cd-5
Alleluia: John 15: 4a, 5b
Gospel: John 15: 1-8

Acts 16:1-6 GNBDK
[1] Paul travelled on to Derbe and Lystra, where a Christian named Timothy lived. His mother, who was also a Christian, was Jewish, but his father was a Greek.
[2] All the believers in Lystra and Iconium spoke well of Timothy. [3] Paul wanted to take Timothy along with him, so he circumcised him. He did so because all the Jews who lived in those places knew that Timothy's father was Greek.
[4] As they went through the towns, they delivered to the believers the rules decided upon by the apostles and elders in Jerusalem, and told them to obey those rules.
[5] So the churches were made stronger in the faith and grew in numbers every day.
[6] They travelled through the region of Phrygia and Galatia because the Holy Spirit did not let them preach the message in the province of Asia.
Responsorial Psalm, Psalms 122:1-2, 3-4, 4-5
R.(see 1) Let us go rejoicing to the house of the Lord.
I rejoiced because they said to me, "We will go up to the house of the LORD." And now we have set foot within your gates, O Jerusalem.
R. Let us go rejoicing to the house of the Lord.
Jerusalem, built as a city with compact unity. To it the tribes go up, the tribes of the LORD.
R. Let us go rejoicing to the house of the Lord.
According to the decree for Israel, to give thanks to the name of the LORD. In it are set up judgment seats, seats for the house of David.
R. Let us go rejoicing to the house of the Lord.
Gospel, John 15:1-8
John 15:1-8 GNBDK
[1] “I am the real vine, and my Father is the gardener.
[2] He breaks off every branch in me that does not bear fruit, and he prunes every branch that does bear fruit, so that it will be clean and bear more fruit.
[3] You have been made clean already by the teaching I have given you.
[4] Remain united to me, and I will remain united to you. A branch cannot bear fruit by itself; it can do so only if it remains in the vine. In the same way you cannot bear fruit unless you remain in me.
[5] “I am the vine, and you are the branches. Those who remain in me, and I in them, will bear much fruit; for you can do nothing without me.
[6] Whoever does not remain in me is thrown out like a branch and dries up; such branches are gathered up and thrown into the fire, where they are burnt.
[7] If you remain in me and my words remain in you, then you will ask for anything you wish, and you shall have it.
[8] My Father's glory is shown by your bearing much fruit; and in this way you become my disciples.
Dearest Father,
Thank You that as I remain in Christ, and let Your words remain in me, I can ask for anything I wish and I will have it. As written in the Gospel today.
John 15:7 GNBDK
[7] If you remain in me and my words remain in you, then you will ask for anything you wish, and you shall have it.
l remember in 2022, on my daily walk with God, I was thinking of all my big, hairy, audacious dreams like become a best-selling author and have best sellers in all the lists of the world: Amazon, New York Times, Wall Street journal, etc, bless 1 billion people with the Good News of Jesus Christ, earn £100 billion/month from multiple passive income rivers, become financially free with my family, have a resort and condotel in every major city of the world I and my family love to visit, give 99% in tithe and offerings but still live well off with 1%, etc.
And then I complained to God that they are so big and seemingly impossible that I can't help but wonder, will they ever happen? Or am I just dreaming in vain?
All of a sudden, I came upon this white delivery truck with a big red bold John 15:7.
I found out, after I hurried to the Blessed Sacrament so I could check it out in my Bible, that it was a blank check that God gave me for my dreams, no matter how hugely impossible they are. Because nothing is impossible with God.
John 15:7 GNBDK
[7] If you remain in me and my words remain in you, then you will ask for anything you wish, and you shall have it.
These days, I wish for my Eden Garden Retreat to be established, ever since I got this inspiration last Saturday, May 17, 2025.
A garden retreat where I can have a 25m natural recreation pond, for swimming laps, without chlorine or chemicals, on one side
Kinda like this but bigger.
25 meters bigger. So I can enjoy my proper swim exercise in nature
And tilapia fish cultivation pond on the other side by our reception area
With jumping falls and slides on the swim side for the kids to enjoy
Where I can erect my own modern Bahay-kubo or tiny house
With facade like this
And vegetable garden too so I could have sustainable living, 4m x 5m at least
I also, even now, started wishing to raise free-range chickens for natural and organic eggs. I found this chicken coop that’s simple and easy to build:
I even saw this chicken tunnel to allow the chickens to freely roam around the place in a controlled fashion using mesh tunnels connected to their coop:
These allow them to peck at green edible plants without scratching their roots up:
Then I'd offer 6 other units like this for overnight stays for others to enjoy the recreational pond with me and my family.
And gazebos like this for day visits.
I’m actually excited in faith. I don’t know how the Lord will do this for me. I just know that He will. Because He promised, didn’t He? And that’s good enough for me.
His only condition? That I remain in Him and let His words remain in me.
How do I make sure that I remain in Him and His words remain in me?
Just some actions that I’ve determined to do every day:
The minute I wake up in the morning, I thank God for giving me the gift of another day. And then I immediately do my 5-minute thankfulness box-breathing meditation, thanking God for 4 promises of His that pertain to my desires for wealth, freedom, health, and fulfillment together with box breathing exercises.
Then I spend 15 minutes just thinking about my desires, imagining them to be true and thanking God already for them even at this time when I’m still imagining them in faith. I just feel how it is to live my dreams and feel grateful to God for making them happen.
Then I read and reflect on the scripture readings for the day.
Afterward, I go to mass and receive Holy Communion.
I prayer walk for 30 minutes after Mass, just declaring all His promises to me that I’ve memorized and then listening for Him in silence on my way back.
I spend 30 mins in adoration in the Blessed Sacrament where I write my journal.
Complete my journal while having breakfast
Shower
Publish my journal in short-form reel and long-form newsletter
Spend the day thanking God every time I remember my dreams and wishes
Listen to encouraging and inspiring videos that strengthen my faith and clarify my vision.
Just like this video where it says my first billion will depend on one decision.
That’s my decision. Whether or not the Lord chooses to do and fulfill my wishes and dreams according to how I imagined it or according to His own way and time, and even if He doesn’t fulfill it in my lifetime, I’ve decided to love Him and serve Him.
I will remain in Him and let His words remain in me, no matter what.
I know, one way or another, if I do that faithfully, anything I wish for will be done for me. Just as Jesus has promised.
